Your data is yours

It belongs to you

Everything your team puts in Master CRM belongs to your company: leads, deals, contacts, chats and files. We process it only to provide the service, on your instructions.

Export all of it, any time

Owners and admins export all of their workspace’s data any time from Settings → General → “Export all data”, on every plan and at no cost: one ZIP with every kind of record as CSV and JSON, and the files of quotes and chats.

The formats are documented: times in ISO 8601 (UTC), money in minor units of its currency, and the same ids as the API, so any other system joins the files easily. The API and webhooks are there for continuous access.

Delete it, any time

Deleting the workspace in settings deletes all its data: you have 30 days to change your mind, then it is deleted for good.

No lock-in

• Open formats in every export, and a documented API (OpenAPI).
• No fee to leave, and no terms that keep your data from moving.

Not sold, not used for training

We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models for others. Only aggregated statistics that identify no one help us improve the service.

Who processes data with us

• Hostinger: the servers the service runs on, and notification email.
• Meta: when you connect WhatsApp or Facebook and Instagram lead ads.
• Google and Microsoft: when a member of your team connects their calendar or mailbox.
• Paymob: card payments when you use them; we do not keep card details.
